60 Days Return Guarantee
Each item has been tested to make sure works well before shipping. Once your order has been received, please check the package at the very first time and all items and make sure whether they can work well. If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 60 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
We only provide labels for defective or wrong items. If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item(s) back at your expense. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. When we received your returned package, we will make refund to you, but not including the shipping fee.
We strongly suggested that testing the screen first before installation for lcd screen products. If it doesn’t work, please contact us at the very first time. Please be noted that we won’t be responsible for any damage caused by your improper installation.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty applies to wholesale clients with monthly orders of more than $500. If you are no longer purchasing from https://www.lpscreen.com/en_laptop/ with the same or similar volume as previous or are a non-wholesale client our warranty is only extended for 90 days!
If you are wholesale clients, we provide 1 free return label for every $500 spend. Up to 4 labels per month. if you are a non-wholesale client and in warranty, we offer return labels for $5. Outside of this, we don't offer the return label, We still provide after-sales service, but you need to bear the round-trip shipping fee.
Any item no longer carried or sold by https://www.lpscreen.com/en_laptop/ is not eligible for a refund or store credit if the item being returned has been purchased greater than 90 days ago.
Warranty protection does not cover user error including damage or defect resulting from installation, testing or normal use of the repair part or the actual device. If parts are accidentally damaged after installation, it is not covered. https://www.lpscreen.com/en_laptop/ is not responsible for any damage to your device due to improper installation or accidental damage, including data loss.
Items Missing from Package
We have the confidence that each order is proceed in a fast and correct way. Each order is inspected by at least 2 workers. We record the order, weight information. We take picture before shipping for some special orders. However, sometimes mistake occures, we are always sorry for such cases, we will work hard to make sure that you become a satisfied customer.
Please don't throw away the package list attached in your parcel before you are sure that you have received all your items.
If one of your items is not listed in the package list, please send us a photo of the package list, we will response as soon as possible to make up for our mistake.
If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). We will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
How to request return or exchange ?
We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs firstly:
Your order number;
Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
Photo or video of the defective item and a detailed description of the problem;
Refunds
For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
1. Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account center.
2. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
3. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the package delivery failed due to the incorrect address, the wrong phone number (the call couldn't connect), or was delivered at the front desk, reception, or mailbox, but didn't pick up, we will charge 20% subtotal (at least $20) as handing + shipping fee.
Important Notes
All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(s). We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
1. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. All the intermediary handling fees and bank processing fees will be at the customer's expense.
4. You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request.
5. If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
6. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
7. Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request).
8. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
9. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
POLICY ABUSE
https://www.lpscreen.com/en_laptop/ reserves the right to alter our change our return policy at any time. Any customer that is deemed to be abusing our generous return policy can be subjected to more firm and stricter policies.
