How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping to some countries (e.g., the United States, Europe, and so on). The shipping fees are displayed on the cart and checkout pages.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of any countries that our carriers (4PX, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and China Post) are unable to deliver to (e.g., Africa, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, and Iraq).
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
You can change the shipping address as long as the item has not been shipped. if you want to change your shipping address, please contact our support team. If your order has already been shipped, you can't change the shipping address. But you can reach out to your shipping provider during the delivery process, it might be able to help out with a small address change, like adding in an apartment number or correcting a zip code.
What is your process for backorders or out-of-stock items?
We have huge laptop screens in stock, so we can't update the stock every day; maybe the item you placed was out of stock and couldn't be fulfilled at the time of purchase. we will try to purchase it from other suppliers as soon as possible; your order may be delayed slightly. if all are not available, we will cancel your order and make a full refund to you.
