How to cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel it. However, orders cannot be canceled if they have already been packed or shipped.

We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if the order has been shipped, we are unable to do so. You may return the product. When we receive the products you returned, we will refund you, not including the shipping cost.
