How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We offer 7-day returns warranty.
If you wish to return an item to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, please contact the support team first.
You have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to complete the return or exchange. Returns received more than 7 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box with all tags and packaging included.
Exchanges are pending item availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.
You'll receive a credit to your original payment method once we receive your items.
Please keep your return tracking number and order number for reference should you need to contact us about your return or exchange.
