How long will it take to get my order?

We know it's hard to wait! That's why we offer several different shipping methods, Standard Shipping (ePacket) and Express Shipping (DHL, Fedex, UPS and so on).
Express Shipping takes around 7 -15 working days,
Standard Shipping takes around 20 - 45 working days.
You can add items to cart to estimate shipping cost and delivery time.
Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed for our warehouse to fulfill, transportation and customs clearance.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. For example, any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited back to a gift card. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 4–5 business days. It may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

How much does shipping cost?

The price depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. You can view the shipping fees on the cart page and checkout page.
Note: If you choose express shipping methods, Taxes or customs fee may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Customs fees depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Our shipping fees are excluding these fees. Taxes and customs fee will be charged by your local customs, we are not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.

How to cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been packed or shipped.
We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if the order has been shipped we are unable to do so, you may return the product, when we received the products you returned, we will make the refund to you, not including shipping cost.

What can I do if the product I received is defective?

All items will be tested very carefully before shipping. If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please take photos of front and back or video send to us. We will check what happens on it, and make a solution ASAP.

Why did I get error pay with Paypal?

A funding source might fail for these reasons:
The billing address associated with the financial instrument could not be confirmed.
The transaction exceeds the card limit.
The transaction was denied by the card issuer.

What is different between LCD Assembly and LCD Only?

LCD assembly with everything: LCD display, touch screen digitizer, glass and frame. you can replace your broken screen very easily.
LCD Only means only LCD display, not including touch screen, glass and frame. you need to split the broken display from the frame after then replace it.  Professional installation is highly recommended!

The price is including customs fee and tax?

Our price excluding customs fee and tax. Customs fee or Taxes will be charged by your local customs and we will not cover. When you choose the following shipping methods, you might need to pay tax or customs fee:
