What can I do if the product I received is defective or damage?
All items will be tested very carefully before shipping. If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please take photos or send a video of the front and back of your old screen and the screen you received. We will then check what happened on it and make a solution ASAP.
What is your return/exchange policy?
7 Days Return Guarantee Each item has been tested to make sure it works well before shipping. Once your order has been received, please check the package and all items for the first time and make sure they can work well. If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of receiving the order. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
